Shipping policy

  1. DELIVERY OF GOODS

1.1. We offer free delivery on orders over R750.00.

1.2. Delivery fee on orders under R750.00 will be calculated at Checkout.

1.3. dirami uomo offers one method of delivery of Goods to you, which is via courier.

1.4. dirami uomo shall take full action and responsibility to communicate with the courier service and ensure an efficient delivery process. However, the courier company is outsourced and not always in the control of dirami uomo.

1.5. Expected delivery time is entirely based on the location of the delivery address and may take up-to 10 working days.

1.6. Delivery services do not take place over weekends. It must also be noted that orders made on Thursday may delay until the next week.

1.6.1. This also applies for specials offered on the website (for example: orders made on Black Friday will only be delivered the following week)

1.7. As stated in the returns policy, exchanges and returns are at the customer’s cost (unless in case of damaged goods or delivery of an incorrect product).

1.8. No refunds are offered due to late delivery.

1.9. EFT transfers may cause a delay in your delivery. Please see section – ‘EFT Purchases’

 


  1. CLICK AND COLLECT

2.1. Click and collect orders can take up to 2 days to process.

2.2. Packages will not be released without confirmation of full name and contact number, as well as order number – please ensure you have these when collecting.

2.3. User will receive a phone call, whatsapp message, text or email to notify that the parcel is ready for collection.


  1. RECEIPT OF ITEM/S

3.1. If a date and time for delivery are arranged with you (by dirami uomo or its appointed delivery agent), it is your responsibility to make yourself available at the date and time so arranged.

3.2. If delivery is directed to you / responsible third person by our delivery agent:

3.21. you will inspect the Item/s or package for incorrect selection, apparent defects or obvious damage before you accept delivery of the Item/s or parcel;

3.2.2. if you do not accept delivery due to any perceived problems with the Item/s, you will instruct the courier to retain the Item/s or package and return it/them to us; and;

3.2.3. if you accept delivery, you will retain the documentation provided by the courier, as well as the original packaging of the Item/s, in the event that you become dissatisfied with your purchase at a subsequent time and wish to address this with us.


3.3. Please exercise caution and care when opening the package. Especially when the use of sharp objects are being used.


3.4. If you are unavailable and have agreed to allow a responsible third person at your delivery address to accept delivery on your behalf, then you will have no claim against dirami uomo or its delivery agent/s for loss or damage (excluding fault/s intrinsic to the Item/s) if delivery is proved to have been given to such responsible third person. For the purposes of this clause a ‘responsible third person’ will be a person over the age of 16 years, resident or employed at the nominated delivery address, and delivery will be ‘proved’ by the delivery agent being able to provide the signature of the said responsible third person on the relevant delivery documentation.
