Refund policy

Returns for refunds or exchanges.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1.1.Fashion and footwear products can be exchanged for a different size provided
that such variation is available, and is available at the same price as the product
originally purchased. In such a case, we will collect the product from you and
deliver the requested product to you at an additional courier charge. If such
variation is not immediately available, we will credit your account with the
purchase price of the product.
1.2.Return option is only available within 14 days of delivery of Goods. Orders
made to collect in store, will still be considered within 14 days of making the
purchase. We cannot be liable for clients who come to collect at the store very
late. Please try to collect the item within the week of the order placement.
1.3. Return and Exchange requests are subject to a review. The review process
can take up to 4 days after the goods have been received for review.
1.4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also
need the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.5. To start a return, you can contact us at returns@dirami.co.za. Please note
that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 17 Goldman Street,
Florida, Roodepoort, Johannesburg, 1710.
1.6. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1.7. No exchanges or refunds on sale goods.
1.8. Fragrances will be not be eligible for return or exchange if seal or packaging
has been broken.

1.9. We will not accept the return of any Item/s should:
1.9.1. The Item/s have been damaged or altered due to:
19.1.1. Improper care;
1.9.1.2. Carelessness;
1.9.1.3. Non-standard or unusual use;
1.9.1.4. Failing to adhere to the care instructions attached to or sent with the
Item/s;
1.9.15. Accidental misuse or failure to maintain;
1.9.1.6. Any other manner of use or handling which indicates a lack of reasonable
care with the Item/s.
1.9.2. If you have attempted to alter or repair the Item/s yourself or have allowed a
third party to do so or attempt to do so;
1.9.3. The Item/s have deteriorated as a result of fair wear and tear which is
reasonably expected in the normal and regular use of the Item/s; or
1.9.4. The apparent fault relates to a slight variation in appearance, which does
not materially differentiate the Item/s from the representation on the Site.

Damages and issues
2.1 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the
item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can
evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
3.1. Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special
orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products and
fragrances), and under garments (such as briefs or boxer shorts and socks). Please get in
touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

4. Refunds
4.1.1 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let
you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically

refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please
remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refunds.
4.1.2. Alternatively a gift voucher can be issued, to be used online only.
4.2. Please note that original delivery charges are not refunded.
4.3. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your
return, and the refund or gift voucher has not been received please contact us at
returns@dirami.co.za

5.EXCHANGES
5.1 You can request us to reserve them item and exchange it for the item returned
once the return has be approved.
5.2. Exchanges for a product of lesser value will have the remainder refunded
onto a gift card.
5.3. Exchanges for a product with a higher value will require you to make a
payment for the difference in the amount.
5.4.1. Any unopened or unused product can be returned and fully refunded or
exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a proof of purchase.
5.4.1.1 Opened or Used is defined as any variation from its original condition
including opened or outer seal broken.

6. VOUCHERS
6.1. Interest will not accrue on the value.
6.2 Voucher may not be redeemed for cash.
6.3. Voucher must be redeemed before indicated expiry date.
6.4. If the total cost of the items ordered exceeds the value of the voucher, you will
be required to make payment for the remaining difference.
